Dear all
I encountered a problems after use thermal simulation after microwave simulation. Results are shown in attached file.
Conditions:
1. discrete port, gaussian excitation
2. open add space boundary
3. background temperature 293 K
4. defined thermal loss : f = 428.57 THz, power scaling factor 0.01
5. heat time 0.1 ns
finally, i got 1D and 3D results but these results are mismatch.
Temperature each time is unequal. Maximum temperature are the same time at 0.102 ns.
1D result at (0,0,0) location

3D result at maximum (0.102 ns) (center of red area is (0,0,0))
../imgqa/eboard/EM/EM-1n5cy4d2xab.png
So, My question is:
1. Do these results is in the same scale ?
2. In 3D result shows maximum 3-D 931.205 at -329.414 / -329.414 / -419.414 . What's that mean ? My model only -250 to 250 nm in x and y direction,
and -215 to 0 nm in z direction.
best regards,

ps. Sorry for my bad english.
