Multiple .s2p (Touchstone) files => Single S2PMDIF in Agilent ADS

I need to combine multiple S2P (Touchstone) files into one common S2PMDIF file. Herein, each S2P file is associated with a corresponding value of an independent control variable. Any solutions?
