Terminal solution report in HFSS

Hi,
I'm unable to generate the terminal solution report for our patch antenna design in HFSS. Can anyone give the method of doing it?
We are using a lumped port for our design.

What are you wishing to plot? Also, it may be a set up problem so posting the project would be well to do.
