Problem with export/import of HFSS data into AWR

Greetings,
I'm trying to simulate the cascade of a number of slots in a rectangular waveguide. In HFSS, I simulate a single slot, then I export the solution data (as S-matrix) in a touchstone file.
In AWR, I'd like to analyze two of these S-matrix, connected by some length of rectangular waveguide (same size as the section with the slot). My goal is to obtain the same graphs as when I simulate in HFSS a model with a cascade of two slots.
1) Which elements should I use in AWR?
2) Should I de-embed the solution in HFSS? Where should I place the reference plane (at the center of the slot?)
3) Should I normalize the solution in HFSS? If not, how should I choose the port impedance in AWR?
Thanks.
