generate Antennamodel for HFSS

hi,

i need to build a gsm-modem (as small as possible!) and want to add a ceramic-pedaband-antenna to an existing gsm-module(Sierra Wireless, WS6318).
unfortunately my baseboard is quite small so i'd like to simulate the combination ceramic-antenna against minimum baseboardsize(groundplane).

i don't have any electrical or mechanical model for the antenna itself (except S11, VSWR, radiationpattern and the mechanical outline)


Q: is it possible to generate some kind of HFSS model to simulate the position and outline of my baseboard?
