Port settings for CPW struture in ADS.

Hi everyone,
I have just started working in ADS.I have designed CPW fed patch antenna but i am getting different frequency response of this structure in ADS compared to IE3D.If anyone knows how to work with ports (ground reference for two ground plane for a reference pin for central conductor),please help me with ports assignment. It sounds like you already know what to do. Set the center stripline port to port 1, and assign the ports touching either ground plane as a ground reference for port 1.
