hfss crashes on linux

hi,

I have centos 7 with installed HFSS 15. HFSS starts without any errors but when I want to save a file it crashes

/opt/AnsysEM/HFSS/AnsysEM15.0/Linux64/.setup_runtime: line 418: 28006 Segmentation fault (core dumped) "S@"

do you have any idea where is the problem?
