How to draw a lumped port in HFSS to excite two squares which form a dipole

Hello,
I'm new to HFSS and need help feeding a dipole which is formed by two square panels arranged in a bow-tie fashion

Do I use one port or two ports? I do not wish to simulate the balun, just drive them balanced from the ports.
In FEKO, one draws a wire to connect the two panels and places the port along the wires.
In CST, one selects two terminals for which a voltage excitation is to be placed.

I'm not quite sure how to do it in HFSS. I believe I have to draw a surface rectangle to represent a lumped port, but I'm not quite sure if it is supposed to touch the two leads of the panels and the integration line points from one panel to the other, or if I need two lumped ports, one on each of the panels?

Also, what is the integration line? Is it supposed to point in the direction of current flow?

thanks in advance,
Tom
