SAR (Specfic Absorbtion Rate) settings in HFSS 15

Hello all,
I am new to HFSS and I am not familiar with the settings I have to do for SAR measurement. I have finished my surface coil design and got the S-parameter now I need to use the frequency of 63.87 MHz as the solution frequency to obtain the SAR inside a phantom which I have placed above the radiating coil. I have given the phantom the properties of Skin(conductivity, permitivity etc).
If I simulate with this settings I'm getting error as "Average SAR calculation with invalid tissues, please check your SAR settings".
I want to know the procedure to measure the SAR.
I do have the HFSS v10 book but in that only E-field measurement is there. Can anyone please help me with this issue.
