static electric and magnetic field calculations

Hi,
I want to calculate the resulted static electric and magnetic fields from applying potential difference across the terminals of a cylindrical wire segment using HFSS
I need a step by step tutorial which demonstrate this
thanks in advance

Probably Ansoft Maxwell will do this job better than HFSS.
