practical Wilkinson power divider values ?

I am designing a three stage Wilkinson power divider for the band 2-6 GHz.
Could you please tell me what are the practical minimum values of return loss, insertion loss and isolation the I should achieve ?
Also, are there other parameter I should consider in my design ?
