How to get s parameters in matrix form in hfss

Hi,
I am pretty knew to hfss.Recently i simulated an unequal split wilkinson divider.But i am unable to get the option to display the s parameter in a matrix form.plz help me in this context.....

Hi.. you can right click on 'results', and click on 'solution data'.. there in 'matrix data' sub-window, check the 's-parameters' box..click the 'export matrix data' button to export in .snp format.
