how to do ball grid array using hfss?

I have done some simulations with microstrip lines on Si-SiO2 substrate. I have got around 50 ohms impedance for lines that are 80 um wide (on top of 100um Si and 1.5 um SiO2). I have used a port size of 640 by 500um (8 times line width, and 5 times dielectric thickness). I have plotted the port field distribution. The port adequately contains all the field lines in it. My only doubt is that some field lines are starting from below the gnd plane.

Is this a problem with the simulation setup? Or is it acceptable?
