what can i do, besides increassing maximum number of passes and decressing maximum delat energy
to get more accurate results?

Set up the simulation domain more accurately? If you've already done this, convergence is really your only hope.

do u know if there is a chance to increase the number of the mesh's tirangles?

Yes, complete more adaptive passes.
