Problem in FEKO: Error 832 Segmentation rules have been violated two triangles touch

Hello everyone! I have problem with FEKO simulation.
ERROR 832: Segmentation rules have been violated (two triangles touch without a common edge)
I don't know how tosove this error. Can anyone can help to solve this?

Segmentation errors are kind of common at few circumstances.
The first thing you have to check about segmentation error is your mesh size.
Ensure that you have given a proper mesh size that corresponds to your wavelength.
