I wish to apply for a PhD position in Metamaterials in either Europe or US or Canada. Can anyone let me know the active reserachers in the area of metamaterials ?

P.S. In Europe the European Space Agency is very interested in Metamaterial. There are lots of collaborations and new projects funded by them to European universities.
