"Metamaterials" seems to be a hot topic also nowadays in Microwave Engineering and Optics applications. Below is a link:

If you are working on it, could you please share with me your opinions on its research and applications. Is it a potential promising research area that we can enter? Except for some Optics applications and 2-D structures like zeroth order resonator, 0dB coupler, any other promising future?
