Design of a cell phone frequency detector

Hello,

I have been trying to design a detetor for cell phones that would give out a signal in the event of a cell phone activity. I have not been able to achieve my objective so far.

Does anyone have an idea on how to implement this with simple circuitry and readily available electronic components?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
