Trouble on ESD of cellular phone!

i have some trouble on ESD of cellular phone!

when i discharged to my phone, the LCM will dead.but for a moment ,the

LCM can return.

what's matter with it. somebody can give me some advises.

It seems that the LCD controller is malfunction! And then the mobile phone controller try to initialize it again! It is a common scheme for ESD protection.

If air discharge voltage is 15KV, this soft failure was accepted.

try a better grounding on the LCD metal bezel. If the LCD can still recover after a while, it is not too bad. At least there is no latch up of the driver.
