how to plot the smith chart data exported from NVA?

hi all
i exported the smith chart measurment data for my antenna from network analzer HP8510C, and i imported the data in an excel file ,i can see too colums of data, i dont understand what are those two Columns for , and how to plot this data to get my smith chart?

please help me, i am attaching the smith chart file from the network analyzer
