hfss de embedding

Hi,

I have designed a filter and the two ports are conneced to the filter by two ransmission lines. However, I need the simulation results withought the transmission lines. Can somebody explains me how to do so? I used De-embedding in HFSS. But, the simulation results does not change.
Can somebody explain regarding this?
