hfss acis

Hi All,

I am working on a dipole array with dipoles located very close to one anotherwith a coupling layer below the dipoles that touch and effectively should be one object(maybe?). I tried to run validation check but the geomtetries of these two failed the ACIS entity check.
I spoke with several coworkers who informed me that this could be due to having two faces which touch perpendicularly united. I did not specifically unite, but when I DuplicatedAlongLine I did check "attach" because this allows me to edit the quatity and line vector fields for the duplication.
The message window suggested a Modeler>Model Analysis>Heal. When I performed this, al my dipoles were now touching with no seperation! I think that HFSS wants to think that these should be one object. The dipoles are seperate and depend on this for coupling.

Any suggests for how to fix this? Should I not "attach" when duplicating, even though this would kill my paranmetrization ( a HUGE hit on this array)?

I have attached a picture of the geometry.

Thanks in advance guys!
