pspice missing model

I downloaded a 0.35um spice model file(.lib),and exported it to the capture part library ,then I registered it in the "nom.lib". But When I use these part to run AC sweep, it always presents "ERROR -- Missing model". Why??

A MOSFET part has 4 nodes, you're only connecting three to the P_33 instances, probably an incorrect symbol. Of course P_33 must be present in the library, did you check?

Surely P_33 is present in the library. And P_33 and N_33 is 3 terminal device(like MbreakN3)

Apparently, your P_33 definition is different from MbreakP3, otherwise it would generate four nodes. The error is obvious in the listing.

This is the MbreakP3 pin assignment in the symbol library, it simply connects the substrate node to source, this connection is missing for P_33:

I got your point. But how can I let P_33 generate four nodes? According to what you said, Does "An incorrect symbol" means this lib file(spice model) cannot be used and it is a wrong file? Or my fault in operation?

It has to be corrected in the symbol definition of P_33, in the *.slb file. The attribute string should look similar to MbreakP3.

try editing the part and select the 4th pin (if it is there at all) as "visible".

HI,FvM.Do you mean *.olb file? I have no idea where *.slb file is and the way to configure it.

Added after 6 minutes:

Mr .cool, I open the part editing window,and display all the pin as picture shows.How can I do next?It seems that there is no 4th pin.

I know what's wrong it is. It is a HSPICE model.
