Does anyone know the equivalent symbol for a LED? What kind of load is it actually?

Hi,
If you mean a Light emitting diode, its symbol is the same as that of a diode but with two arrows pointing outside.
And its characterisics is like that of a diode but with larger voltage across its terminals (~ 2-3 V) due to power being radiated.

Hi, more like its capacitance, inductance and so on at different frequencies. Like the equivalent model for Spice but I don't have Spice. I'm just curious how a LED looks when stripped down to its pure entities.
