Fast diode

I m looking for a really fast diode for switching application but I m not really familiar with diodes.


Current forward : 1 to 1.5 A
reverse Voltage : 70 V
Trr < 6ns
I guess this diode will be SMD packaged diode.

If anybody knows a such diode, please let me know. :D

Can you pls tell the application looks ... I feel your recovery time and forward currents are pretty demanding .....
