The frequency is variable from 1MHz to 5 GHz .the wave excitation E=1V/m vertical polarisation alpha=0 ψ= 90° Φ= 0°.

It has a tutorial on microstrip transmission line in Ansoft designer. You can use the same dimensions and simulate in HFSS.

Are you asking me to send Ansoft Designer and HFSS softwares ? Dude, they are commercial softwares and not available for free. If you are a student, ask your professor to get them. They are not cheap.
There is no way I can send them. You can download the student version of Ansoft designer from ANSYS - Simulation Driven Product Development
