transformers frequancies possible to use?

is it possible to use the same transformer
in the range of KHZ on the one hand
and on the other the same one for
MHZ?

no. usually a transformer is designed for a single frequency or range of frequencies closley together. the smaller the transformer, the higher the frequency.
