Metamaterial prism simulation setup inquiry

Hi guys...!

Would any one generous enough to guide me step-by-step on how to prepare prism simulation for any type of metamaterial eg SRR using CST/HFSS? I'd tried many times refering stuffs on the net but still to no avail.
