Problems about CST(Size of mesh cell, point source and PML)

Hi Sir

During reading attached paper, several problems I have met

1. In that paper, he said the cell size is deltax=0.003m, deltay =0.003m I wonder to know how they know it from cst

2. In that paper, he said he add a point source in CST. I want to know how to add excitation signal to some particular cells

3. In that paper, he said A 10-cell Berenger?s Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) is used to truncate the simulation domain. I wonder to know how he sets in CST environment?
