FEKO ERROR help needed

when i run optfeko ,i got the error as follows

Warning 21053:
Execution of CADFEKO_BATCH failed

Value of the aim function (analysis no. 3) is 0.000000000e+00

Error 21060:
Simplex could not be established. Failure to find a valid meshing model[/COLOR]

i have run FEKO successfully before the OPT.
