Tapered Rod over Ground Plane (HFSS)

I am trying to make a simple rod above ground plane simulation except I want to taper one end of the rod so that I have initially a 10 mm diameter road and it reduces to 2 mm by the end. I looked around for awhile but I couldn't figure it out. How would I go about doing this?

Hi Lee,
One simple way would be...
Draw two circles of diameter 10mm and 2mm. Select the two. Right click annd select edit.

Then select surface-> connect

Add Cylinder at bottom. Unite all.
