magnetic flux density to winding a Coil. on 250 Volt DC

i want to wind a coil. i have calculated Magnetic flux Density B in WB/m^2 now i have input 250 volt Dc how can i calulate Number of turns and Amount of Current to which give me required magnetic Flux density. i am making electromagnet. thanks
