Extraction of Individual field components from HFSS simulation of Waveguide

Hi

I developed a WR90 HFSS model for 10Ghz (TE10 mode) frequency. I got the results (graphs/plots) accordingly.
My requirement is to get a table of Ey components of propagating wave inside waveguide at plane perpendicular to propagation of wave.

Can i get such data from HFSS?
