Dispersion diagram and reflection phase of ebg mushroom structure

I have tried all the steps that is mentioned here, but not getting the result of sievenpiper's paper fig no. 10.. I am getting the results, but it does not matching the paper's result.. Any kind of help in this is required...pls.
