IE3D : documentation and tutorials

Hello everyone,

Please I want some documentation and tutorials of IE3D, i want to use the software for IC Package Modeling, i'm a beginner, any helpfull docs are welcome.

I also want some documents about Electromagnetic design and meshing that can helps me understand how we do it.
