HFSS Failure in generating reduced matrices.

I'm designing a horn antenna material used is aluminum .When I run it this error
[error] Fast sweep setup, process hf3d error: Failure in generating reduced matrices.. .
please help me .thanks !!!

Do you get the error for other types of frequency sweeps?
