"facets id missing"

Hi all,
While simulating in HFSS, everthing was fine until i got this message

"Adaptive solution setup, process hf3d error. Failure in assigning facet ids to boundaries."

What is the reason for this error.I am using dependent solve for set up for dual band antenna.

Please help!!
