[Moved:] sentaurus structure editor (finfet structure error )

I make multi fin structure on sentaurus structure editor and complete the process and mesh and devise sequence but I always get an error on the structure node which mean that I've errors in my structure but the there is no clear error message to know where the error ??could any one help to discover the error
what is the common errors which could appear on the structure ?/ how can discover?/
