In HFSS, we can visualise the radiation pattern of the whole structure containing patch with lumped elements, and how the values of the lumped element affects the radiation pattern.
Is it possible to simulate the radiation pattern of the "WHOLE" structure (exactly like the measurement) containing patch antenna and PIN diode switch/Transistor (using spice model) or/and other lumped (R/L/C or their .s2p files) elements in ADS or/and EMPro?
In Co-simulation, it only gives S-parameters, but not the radiation pattern of the full circuits. Is recreation of the exact measurement environment in ADS/EMPro containing the antenna+lumped components possible from radiation point of view?

Yes. In the ADS online help, search for "EM Circuit Excitation AEL Addon". This is an add-on that is pre-installed, but you need to activate it in the menu. Details in the ADS online help.
