How to simulate Philips BB142 varicap diode ?

How to simulate Philips BB142 varicap diode ? This componet doesn't exist in Simulator's library and the SPICE parameters also lack. What do i do if using BB142 for VCO design ? Thanks in advance.

Which simulator are you using? MWO has a varicap (varactor) model VRCTR, which can be used with tabulated capacitance/voltage data.
Also look for the appnote from Ansoft "Diode Model Parameter Extraction from Manufacturers' Data Sheets ". You can d/l from the RF Globalnet Library:
