How to improve the s-parameters in planar array?

hello everyone,
I am designing a microstrip planar array antenna for 9-10ghz but my s-parameters are not coming good on simulation on cst. I got good results for single element which i used to make the array. can u please help me out to understand how to improve the s-parameters ?
