How to correct the error in hfss "Failed to read files：Setup1.matrix"

Hi guys，
I am using HFSS to simulate a gaussian wave incidence on a pcb board when I met this error：Failed to read files：Setup1.matrix as shown in the figure.
Does anyone know how to correct this error ？
