What are LSE or LSM modes?

Now I know what it is.

In enclosed microstrip configurations, there are also hollow waveguide modes propagating.
For this modes, the strip is disturbing thing, therefore it differs slightly from the real TE, TH modes.
To stress this difference, we call it LSE, LSM modes.
