specific parameters of hi-resistivity Si

I am simulating a fractal antenna fabricated on hi-resistivity Si in HFSS, can anybody tell me the specific parameters of hi-resistivity Si when i add it as a new material in HFSS? i only know its relative permittivity 11.9,thank you in advance!
