HFSS and assigning s-parameters?!

Hi all,
Is there a way to assign s parameters to the the ports of hfss? I mean if we want to simulate a a complete microstrip structure, can we assign s parameters to the internal ports, such as where a component is going to be put, and then get the overall s parameters (only in between the input and the output) as a two port device?

you can do this in Ansoft designer, you can simulate your structure with all its ports in HFSS and export the results to ansoft designer and connect the ports you want with any component.
