Waveguide filter simulation in FIDELITY

Hello,
I am trying to simulate a 3pole butterworth filter for the frequency band from 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz on FIDELITY. The structure is an iris coupled filter. I had earlier simulated a 3pole filter for 32-35GHz and that was working fine. This however is giving some problems with meshing.
When I select only the waveguide and see the 3D meshed view the result is ok. When I select only the irises, the 3d meshed view doesn't show all the irises. When I try to see the entire waveguide with irises in the 3d meshed view, it shows just the hollow waveguide with no irises. However the 3d outline view is proper. I think there is something wrong with the grid and layout parameters.
I am attaching the FIDELITY file. Please help ASAP
