How to get resistance in HFSS

Hi,

I need to measure the resistance of my structure in hfss.
What I have done so far is,

I used a wave port and measure Z parameter. But the result is
around 10^-2 ohms and I am expecting around 100 ohms.

Can anyone help with this ?
