Virtual Cathode Devices

Can anyone suggest any commercial software that can in someway simulate virtual cathode devices (reflex triodes, reditrons etc.)??

The software described at the below link may be able to do it (if I recall correctly I think one of the included tutorials does something with a vircator).

Indeed, i have seen magic being mentioned in a couple of papers concerning vircators. I also have a question whether such kind of simulations can be done with EM studio or MW studio... Thanks a lot for your feedback Joe :)
