Problems simulating in CST

i`ve tried to simulate an RF MEMS capacitive switch in CST micorwave studio. in nonactuation mode the results were good but in actuation state the results were different compare with the model. does anyone has an idea?? maybe it`s something about some boundries or some settings in the program.....the ports maybe?
