skin effect of spiral inductor

how can I get the skin effect data from simulation result?
I used ADS tool to simulate .

Skin effect is frequency dependent

usually skin-effect is modeled as a frequency dependent resistance in series with the L. But this simple model is only apply for a specified frequency. For accurate skin effect modeling, you need to use a branch of parallel RC.

I want to observe the relation of skin depth and frequency,
how to see the conductor cross section to see the skin depth ?
